Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2021, the couple who visited the Reproductive Center of Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, the woman underwent IVF/ICSI for pregnancy assistance, and the man underwent semen examination and sperm DNA fragmentation examination; 2. The man's vas deferens, penis, testis and other reproductive organs and secondary sexual characteristics are normal; 3. The man should abstain from sex for 2-7 days, and collect semen samples by masturbation; 4. The B-ultrasound of the woman shows that the ovaries and uterus are in normal shape; 5. The woman's age is < 40 years old, and the man's age is < 45 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chromosomal abnormalities of both sexes; 2. Both men and women are in contact with toxic and teratogenic substances and in the active period; 3. According to the provisions of "Maternal and Child Health care Law" cannot or is not suitable for pregnancy;
