Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The adult patient with pheochromocytoma and paraganglinoma, and the a adrenergic blocker is preoperatively used.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients or family members refuse to participate in this project; 2. Suffering from mental illness and unable to cooperate; 3. Failure to completely resect the tumor; 4. Laparotomy; 5. Not receiving pheochromocytoma resection for the first time; 6. Unable to obtain satisfactory ultrasound images of inferior vena cava under xiphoid process; 7. There are conditions that affect the pressure of the inferior vena cava, such as constrictive pericarditis, pneumothorax, and severe heart disease.
