Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. ASA Grade I-III; 3. The operation is limited to a single lobe of the lung; 4. Elective thoracoscopic lung resection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index (BMI) >= 28.0 kg/m2, obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, or anticipated difficult intubation (modified Mallampati grade 4); 2. Chronic pulmonary disease, history of thoracic surgery; 3. Cancer distant metastasis; 4. Left ventricular ejection fraction < 40%, second-degree or greater atrioventricular block, sick sinus syndrome; 5. Liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh grade C), need for renal replacement therapy; 6. Cerebrovascular disease, Alzheimer disease, Parkinson disease, epilepsy; 7. Alcohol misuse, pre-existing chronic pain; 8. Hypersensitivity to study medications, 9. Inability to understand the scales in this study.
