Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who plan to undergo elective or limited-term lung resection under general anesthesia in the Thoracic Surgery Department of Shenzhen Third People's Hospital in the near future; 2. Over 18 years old; 3. ECOG score 0-2 points, patients who can accept and cooperate with early ambulation after operation; 4. The subject can understand and abide by the protocol, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need to be admitted to the ICU after the evaluation of the surgeon for various reasons; 2. Patients who need to receive hemostasis, blood transfusion, chemotherapy and other treatments after surgery; 3. Cardiopulmonary function reserve can not tolerate surgery: cardiac function > New York Heart Association (NYHA) class II. Lung function: FEV1 < 1.5 L, MVV < 50% of predicted value; 4. Those who have poor compliance and cannot complete the planned follow-up; 5. Patients whose family members have doubts about the research plan or who have no accompanying family members; 6. Patients considered by the investigator to be unsuitable for participating in this study.
