20 Years to 39 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with repeated implantation failures meet any of the following: (1) >=3 embryo transfer failures; (2) 2 failed euploid embryo transfers; 2. The woman was under the age of 40 years old when the eggs are retrieved; 3. Perform PGT-A assisted pregnancy; 4. There are >=1 euploid embryos that can be transferred; 5. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uterine diseases that clearly affect the shape of the uterine cavity or endometrial receptivity, such as uterine malformation, submucosal fibroids, intramural fibroids protruding into the uterine cavity, history of endometrial tuberculosis and endometrial hyperplasia, untreated hydrosalpinx and intrauterine adhesion etc.; 2. Chromosomal abnormalities in either spouse; 3. Recurrent miscarriage (>= 2 clinical pregnancy miscarriages); 4. Endomembrane < 6 mm on the day of transformation; 5. Those with contraindications to endometrial scratching, pregnancy or assisted reproductive technology.
