4 Years to 14 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 4-14 years old; 2. ASA classification I-II; 3. Elective tonsillectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, severe liver and renal insufficiency, neuropsychiatric diseases and drug abuse; 2. BMI value >= 30 kg/m2; 3. Those who are allergic to any narcotic drugs and have salbutamol-related contraindications; 4. The preoperative oxygen saturation is lower than 95%, or there is airway malformation; 5. There are respiratory tract infections recently.
