Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cases: All selected cases have been diagnosed through bone marrow cell morphology, cytochemistry, immunophenotyping, chromosome, pathology and other examinations. The diagnostic criteria refer to Diagnostic Criteria for Blood Diseases edited by Zhang Zhinan; 2. Patients treated with allogeneic transplantation and IST (including combined with Eltrombopag); 3. No age limit, KPS score >= 70; 4. Liver function ALT, AST and ALP <= 2 times the upper limit of normal value, renal function BUN, Cr <= 1.25 times the upper limit of normal value; 5. Have the following heart function conditions: ECG examination does not suggest any acute myocardial infarction, arrhythmia or atrioventricular block above grade I; no cardiac insufficiency; no active rheumatic heart disease; chest X-ray or physical examination does not suggest heart enlargement ; 6. The patient has no contraindications for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and IST; 7. The patient and his client have the wishes and requirements for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and IST.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from other serious physical or mental diseases that may affect the validity of the expression of illness and informed consent, or cause the patient's survival to be less than 2 years; 2. Patients with chronic infections (including bacterial, fungal or viral infections) that are difficult to control, such as dental caries, otitis media, sinusitis, etc., should be treated after effective control; 3. Have a history of severe pulmonary function impairment; 4. History of diabetes with ketoacidosis tendency; 5. Severe coagulation disorders, thrombophlebitis or pulmonary embolism; 6. Hepatic insufficiency and active hepatitis in the decompensated stage; 7. History of severe autoimmune diseases; 8. There was abnormal thyroid function in the past, and the current thyroid function cannot be maintained within the normal range; 9. Suffered from other malignant tumors within 5 years before the first diagnosis; 10. Have a history of severe allergy to biological products (including antibiotics); 11. Pregnant or lactating women; 12. Congenital bone marrow failure disease.
