Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Accept internal fixation of the waist surgery; 2. Age > = 18 years old; 3. ASA I-III; 4. ARISCAT >= 26 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infection or pneumonia in the two groups before operation; 2. Preoperative lung injury or ARDS is expected to require mechanical ventilation after surgery; 3. BMI >= 35 kg/m2.
