Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 40-80 years old; 2. Clear mind and stable vital signs; 3. Able to understand and execute the doctor's instructions; 4. With the consent of the patient or family members to accept the study and swallowing contrast examination, sign the informed consent before the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Insufficiency of important organs such as heart, lung and kidney; 2. History of epilepsy; 3. Past radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma, postoperative head and neck cancer and oral cancer, or other head and neck structural lesions; 4. There are metal devices in the skull; 5. Impairment of consciousness and severe cognitive impairment; 6. Failure to cooperate with the inspection; 7. Previous history of cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, brain tumor, traumatic brain injury and other neuropsychiatric diseases; 8. Previous medical history of dysphagia.
