Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute circulatory failure in patients transferred to the ICU after surgery: systolic blood pressure less than 90 mmHg, mean arterial pressure less than 65 mmHg (or need norepinephrine for maintenance); 2. Urine output is less than 0.5 ml/kg per hour and lasts for more than 2 hours; 3. Lactic acid > 2 mmol/L; 4. Tachycardia, heart rate greater than 100 beats/min; 5. Skin mottling.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age < 18 years old; 2. Left ventricular (LV) dysfunction (ejection fraction < 40%); 3. Intracranial hypertension, active bleeding, intra-abdominal hypertension, arrhythmia, lower limb disability; 4. Pregnant women; 5. PLR manipulation contraindications; 6. The echocardiogram cannot be obtained, and the echo is not clear.
