Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years old, meet any 3 or more of the following 1-5 and have not been diagnosed with coronary heart disease: (1) Abdominal obesity: Chinese male waist circumference >= 90 cm, female waist circumference >= 80 cm; (2) Elevated fasting blood glucose: fasting blood glucose >= 5.6 mmol/L or has received corresponding treatment or has been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes before; (3) Elevated blood pressure: systolic blood pressure >= 130 mmHg, or diastolic blood pressure >= 85 mmHg, or have received corresponding treatment or been diagnosed with hypertension before; (4) Total cholesterol (TG) >= 1.70 mmol/L, or has been treated; (5) Male high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C) < 1.0 mmol/L, female HDL-C < 1.3 mmol/L or have received corresponding treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with mental disorders and movement disorders; 2. Combined with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular and renal vascular diseases that have not yet stabilized; 3. Patients with non-sinus rhythm, atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, various types of conduction block and ventricular rhythm; 4. Various infections, acute metabolic disorders, diabetic foot and other serious complications of diabetes; 5. Systolic blood pressure >= 200 mmHg and (or) diastolic blood pressure >= 100 mmHg; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. Past or current history of cancer or other fatal diseases that may affect short-term survival; 8. Severe bone and joint diseases, unable to cooperate with the experimenter.
