Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder who are included in community management, aged 18-65 years (including 18 and 65), regardless of gender; 2. The subject is currently taking intermittent medication or refusing to take medication; 3. The patient or the patient's family members have an Android smartphone and can use it proficiently; 4. The patient himself and his guardian sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of alcohol and drug dependence and acute poisoning; 2. The researchers believe that there is currently a serious risk of suicide.
