Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Accurate and complete clinical data; 2. Age 18-60 years old, ASA classification I-II, BMI18-28 Kg/m2; 3. No liver and kidney and other important organ dysfunction, no shock and cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 4. Have the ability to read and understand; be informed about this study and participate voluntarily; 5. Simple laparoscopic gallbladder surgery within 2 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with obvious respiratory and circulatory dysfunction, abnormal liver and kidney function before operation; 2. People with severe neuropsychiatric diseases; 3. Those who suffer from infectious diseases; 4. History of taking sedative drugs such as benzodiazepines; 5. Those who are allergic or contraindicated to opioids, propofol, naloxone and other drugs and their drug components; 6. Obesity, OSAS, etc. are judged as patients with difficulties in airway management: modified Matheson score grade III and above; 7. People with communication disabilities.
