18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Visited the Heart Center of Xinjiang Medical University, supported by imaging examination, and was diagnosed with Debakey type III aortic dissection; 2. Patients with Debakey III AAD undergoing emergency or elective stent implantation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has other diseases that affect life expectancy (such as malignant tumor, heart failure, respiratory failure, severe renal insufficiency, etc.); 2. Patients with acute and chronic infectious diseases, blood diseases, autoimmune diseases or connective tissue diseases; 3. Combined with severe valvular heart disease, cardiomyopathy, and severe arrhythmia; 4. Intellectually handicapped, mentally handicapped; 5. Has a history of trauma or surgery within the past 3 months; 6. History of alcohol and/or drug abuse; 7. Illiteracy.
