Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for MAFLD; 2. Age between 18-75 years; 3. The case information is complete, accurate and reliable; 4. Sign the informed consent and voluntarily participate in this clinical research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hepatobiliary diseases suspected of other causes through medical history and laboratory tests, including but not limited to: hepatitis B or C virus infection, chronic alcoholic liver disease, drug-induced liver disease, autoimmune hepatitis, primary biliary liver disease Cirrhosis, primary sclerosing cholangitis, Wilson's disease, a1-antitrypsin deficiency, liver cancer, obvious abnormal liver function (ALT or AST >= 5 x ULN or TBIL >= 1.5 x ULN), etc.; 2. Pregnant women; 3. The description of the case data is incomplete, the description of self-symptoms is unclear, and the investigation is not cooperative.
