Interventions

Experimental group:Routine facial washing + nasal flushing and mouthwash with 2% hypertonic saline, 3 times a day for 7 days.

Control group:Routine facial washing

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the informed consent form; 2. Patients >= 18 years old; 3. The test result of SARS-CoV-2 is positive or antigen is positive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled nasal tumor; 2. Severe infection of the upper respiratory tract; 3. Acute middle ear infection; 4. Hemorrhage-prone constitutions such as coagulation dysfunction; 5. Others: Pregnancy, breastfeeding, participation in other clinical trials within 3 months, and other conditions considered inappropriate by the researchers.
