Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 49 years old; 2. Have certain understanding and communication skills; 3. Voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude the disabled elderly; 2. Exclude the elderly with severe cognitive impairment; 3. Exclude the elderly who lost their children for less than 1 year.
