18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Choose to receive elective sternotomy heart surgery in our hospital 2. Adult patients aged > 18 years old; 3. ASA grade II-IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Local anesthetic allergy, congestive heart failure, liver and kidney failure, drug abuse or history of chronic pain, mental problems; 2. Second surgery, unable to provide informed consent.
