Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A written (signature and date) informed consent has been signed before any research-related operations are performed; 2. Those who have undergone endoscopic skull base surgery; 3. Intraoperative bedside ultrasound indicated increased gastric content; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical condition classification I-II; 5. Male or female, aged 18-70 (inclusive) years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of upper gastrointestinal disease or surgery; 2. Preoperative ultrasound of the gastric antrum showed gastric contents; 3. Difficulty in placing a gastric tube; 4. Craniotomy combined with endoscopic surgery; 5. Antiemetic drugs, anticholinergic drugs, and antihistamines have been used within 24 hours before operation; 6. Emergency surgery; 7. Patients with Cushing's disease (postoperative changes in adrenal axis function and unpredictability of glucocorticoid use); 8. Severe intraoperative complications; 9. Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
