Age
18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male, aged 18-40 years; 2. More than 2 times a week, with more than 2 years of strength training experience; 200-500 hours of strength training experience every year; 3. Good health; 4. No electrical stimulation training experience; 5. Voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Absolute contraindications of WB-EMS (such as arteriosclerosis, electric implants and pacemakers); 2. Muscle, heart and inflammatory diseases; 3. Taking drugs that affect muscle metabolism; 4. Sports injuries have occurred in the last three months; 5. Surgical fracture or ossification occurred in the last six months; 6. Injuries occurred during the project.
