Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the ICD-11 diagnosis of migraine; 2. Migraine patients over 15 years old; 3. There is no history of seizure prevention drug adjustment within two weeks before and during the test; 4. Cooperate to complete various assessments and rTMS treatment; 5. Understand and be willing to participate in this clinical trial and provide signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to accept TMS intervention (such as: cardiac pacemaker); 2. Severe mental illness, severe anxiety and depression, severe aphasia and severe cognitive impairment (MMSE less than 23 points) due to various reasons, who cannot sit upright and cooperate with rehabilitation assessment and treatment; 3. Combined with other serious diseases such as malignant tumors; 4. Patients after metal implantation; previous history of epileptic seizures/epilepsy; pregnant patients; 5. Those who have undergone brain surgery due to stroke or other reasons; 6. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, extreme weakness and other unstable conditions.
