Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years old (including 18 and 75 years old), male or female; 2. The microscopic indications of internal hemorrhoids according to Goligher classification are: II, III and IV grades, those who need elective or emergency treatment; 3. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulation dysfunction or those who are using anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs; 2. Patients with perianal abscess, anal fistula, rectal polyps, intestinal tumors or intestinal infectious diseases; 3. Those who suffer from anal papillary hypertrophy and other intestinal diseases; 4. Previous history of low rectal or anal surgery; 5. Patients with severe systemic diseases (especially untreated); 6. Patients who cannot move; 7. Patients with thromboembolic diseases, patients at high risk of thrombosis (for example, patients with known genetic thrombosis tendency or patients with multiple risk factors, such as hormonal contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy, obesity, smoking and long-term infertility active patient); 8. Patients with severe anemia; 9. History of sclerotherapy within one month; 10. Pregnant and lactating women; 11. Mentally disabled persons; 12. Those who have participated in clinical research of other drugs in the past three months; 13. Poor compliance and unable to cooperate to complete the test; 14. Other conditions that the doctor thinks are not suitable for enrollment.
