18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 = 32.5 or 27.5 kg/m2 <= BMI <= 32.5 kg/m2 with obesity-induced hypertension, diabetes, sleep apnea and other comorbidities); 3. The patient gave informed consent and was able to receive treatment, observation and follow-up as required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable clinical status (hemodynamic or electrodynamic instability); 2. LVEF < 50%; 3. Acute decompensated heart failure; 4. Had myocardial infarction, coronary artery bypass surgery or other major cardiovascular surgery, stroke or TIA 90 days before enrollment; 5. Type 1 diabetes patients; 6. Patients with malignant tumors; 7. Anemia, hemoglobin < 100 g/l; 8. Primary pulmonary hypertension, chronic pulmonary embolism, severe lung disease (including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease); 9. Other diseases that may lead to impaired diastolic function, such as infiltrative cardiomyopathy, active myocarditis, constrictive pericarditis, cardiac tamponade, known hereditary hypertrophic cardiomyopathy or obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, arrhythmia Right ventricular cardiomyopathy/hypoplasia, or heart failure due to uncorrected primary valvular disease; 10. Severe renal insufficiency or acute kidney injury, with an estimated glomerular filtration rate < 30 ml/min; 11. Active liver disease or liver dysfunction; 12. Pregnant or lactating women; 13. Another study or drug study is currently underway; 14. The claustrophobic.
