Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Rome IV for functional dyspepsia: early satiety discomfort after meals, early satiety, epigastric pain, epigastric burning sensation, and no evidence of organic disease (including gastroscopy) that can explain the symptoms; Symptoms have appeared for at least 6 months before diagnosis, and the above criteria have been met in the past 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with peptic ulcer and other gastrointestinal organic diseases; 2. Severe dysplasia in gastric mucosa, or suspected malignant transformation in pathological diagnosis; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Obvious heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Have a history of connective tissue disease, diabetes, or mental illness; 6. History of abdominal surgery; 7. Long-term continuous use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 8. Those who have lost more than 3 kg in weight in the near future.
