Group A:Fentanyl 1 µg/(kg·h) + dexmedetomidine 0.2 µg/(kg·h)
Group B:Ess ketamine 0.5 mg/(kg·h) + dexmedetomidine 0.2 µg/(kg·h)
Group C:Ess ketamine 0.3 mg/(kg·h) + dexmedetomidine 0.2 µg/(kg·h)
Group D:Es ketamine 0.3 mg/(kg·h) + dexmedetomidine 0.2 µg/(kg·h) + cervical plexus block

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis is clear and there are indications for general anesthesia; 2. The ASA classification is I-II; 3. BMI score is 18-28 kg/m2; 4. Age between 18-65 years; 5. No serious cardiopulmonary disease; 6. Mental and cognitive functions are normal; 7. Patients voluntarily sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Combined with diseases that seriously affect respiratory, digestive, nervous, blood, liver and kidney functions, and malignant tumors; 3. Those who have a history of sedative or analgesic drug application 3 months before operation; 4. Operation time > 2 h or anesthesia time > 2.5 h; 5. Incomplete bilateral cervical plexus block; 6. Those who may be allergic to drugs or have drug contraindications during anesthesia.
