Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It meets the diagnostic criteria of Sepsis-3 septic shock, that is, sepsis means that the sequential organ failure assessment (SOFA) of infected or suspected infected patients rises by >= 2 points compared with the baseline value; Septic shock means that, on the basis of sepsis, vasopressors are still needed to maintain meanarterialpressure (Map) >= 65 mmHg (1 mmHg = 0.133 kPa) and LAC > 2 mmol/L after initial fluid resuscitation; 2. The patient is over 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hematological diseases, tumors and other autoimmune diseases; 2. Those who use immune agents within half a year; 3. Death or dying within 24 hours of admission; 4. Fluid resuscitation has started at the time of admission; 5. The information is not perfect.
