Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic hepatitis B virus infection (persistence of HBsAg or HBV DNA for at least 6 months or liver-biopsy proved); 2. Undergo liver biopsy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other chronic liver diseases such as chronic viral hepatitis C or D, primary biliary cirrhosis, autoimmune hepatitis, schistosomal liver disease; 2. Combined with HIV infection or malignant tumor; 3. Liver biopsy specimens are unqualified; 4. Have a history of liver transplantation or liver cancer; 5. Incomplete clinical data; 6. Patients with serious heart, blood, respiratory and central nervous system diseases; 7. Use of drugs known to cause hepatic steatosis, such as corticosteroids, methotrexate, and tamoxifen; 8. The follow-up period is less than 6 months or lost to follow-up.
