Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA: Grade II-III; 2. Age 18-85 years, body mass index (BMI) 18-30 kg/m2; 3. Patients undergoing laparoscopic carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum radical resection of colon cancer under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of abdominal surgery, endocrine and immune system diseases (diabetes, thyroid diseases, rheumatism, etc.), Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis; 2. Taking hormones and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs before operation affects the immune function of the body, and receiving radiotherapy and chemotherapy before operation.
