Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification: grade I-II; 2. Age 18-60 years old, BMI 18.5-24 kg/m2; 3. The patient has no severe liver, kidney and cardiovascular diseases, no abnormal cognitive function and state of consciousness, no diabetes, no history of drug or alcohol addiction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Blood coagulation disorder; 2. Hypersensitivity to ropivacaine and lidocaine; 3. Infection or tumor at the puncture site; 4. Have a history of trauma or long-term low back pain; 5. Nervous or psychiatric abnormalities; 6. Patient with thoracic deformity; 7. Have a history of drug or alcohol addiction; 8. Those who refuse or do not cooperate.
