Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with stage 5 chronic kidney disease; 2. Based on the 2016 European heart failure guidelines combined with the 2021 European heart failure guidelines on the diagnostic criteria for HFpEF; 3. New York heart function (NYHA) class I-IV; 4. Patients who undergo hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis in our hospital for the first time; 5. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant tumors, blood system diseases, uncontrolled neuroendocrine system and mental system disorders; 2. Serum albumin < 20 g/L, hemoglobin < 30 g/L and other severe malnutrition; 3. Recently (within 90 days) combined with acute myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage and other serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events; 4. Patients with congenital heart disease, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, acute myocarditis, restrictive cardiomyopathy, large vessel aneurysm, aortic dissection, undiagnosed rheumatic and senile degenerative heart valve disease.
