Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Admission through outpatient or emergency treatment; 3. The patient or his family can cooperate with social demography, medical history data, and biological specimen collection (nasopharyngeal swab, anal swab, skin lesion area specimen, and sputum specimen); 4. The patient's/family members or medical records are unclear as to whether MDRO colonization or infection occurred at the time of admission; 5. Informed consent to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Upon admission, discharge from our hospital or other medical institutions (including public and private general hospitals and specialized hospitals) is less than 48 hours; 2. Direct admission to the ICU after admission; 3. Patients who are expected to be hospitalized for no more than 48 hours, such as daytime surgery patients, daytime chemotherapy patients, etc.
