3 Years to 4 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A 3-year-old child who meets the following requirements: 1. Without systemic diseases, able to cooperate with sampling and treatment; 2. No mucosal lesions such as ulcers or maxillofacial surgical diseases in the oral cavity; 3. No upper respiratory tract diseases such as colds, tonsillitis, or taking antibiotics within the past 1 month; 4. No local oral fluoride use experience in the past 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children who cannot cooperate with sampling or caries treatment; 2. Identify children who cannot complete the 6-month follow-up process.
