Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 years or older; 2.The postoperative pain score in cough >=4; 3.patients with elective abdominal surgery; 4.Willing to cooperate with the research executors to complete various inspections and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unconscious or mentally unsound before surgery; 2. Patients with ASA grade IV or V; 3. Patients with hemodynamic instability; 4. Patients who have recently taken analgesic and sedative drugs; 5. Patients with previous disease related pain; 6. Patients with a previous history of opioid abuse; 7. Patients who are allergic to opioids or local anesthetics; 8. Patients with coagulation disorders; 9. Patients with infection or tumor at the puncture point of nerve block; 10. Pregnant or lactating patients; 11. Patients who have participated in other treatments in the past 6 months (when obtaining consent); 12. Patients who are judged to lack the ability to agree.
