Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A definite diagnosis of Parkinson's disease; 2. Except for Parkinson's syndrome caused by other reasons; 3. Can cooperate with patients who do various assessment scales; 4. Agree and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases; 2. Serious mental illness, claustrophobia; 3. Magnetic resonance contraindications; 4. Do not agree to accept observational research.
