65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 65-85 years old; 2.ASA grade II-III; 3.BMI 18.5-28 kg/m2; 4. NYHA I-II grade of cardiac function; 5. Junior high school degree or above; 6. No language barrier or communication barrier.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious heart and lung and other important organ disorders, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, diabetes, brain tumor and brain trauma history, neuropsychiatric diseases, drug abuse, and allergy to intraoperative drugs; 2. Those with a preoperative MMSE score of<24 and unable to communicate normally; 3. Moderate to severe anemia (hemoglobin < 90g/L).
