Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Elderly patients, aged 60-80 years; 2.Helicobacter pylori infection was diagnosed by C13/C14 urea breath test; 3.No antibiotics, bismuth or Chinese traditional medicine with antibacterial activity were taken 4 weeks before treatment, and no proton pump inhibitors, H2 receptor antagonists or other drugs affecting activity of helicobacter pylori were taken 2 weeks before treatment; 4.Patients were informed and agreed to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People with severe heart failure, hypohepatia, lung function insufficiency, renal insufficiency or hypoimmunity; 2. People were allergic to penicillin or esomeprazole or other benzimidazole compounds; 3. People with mental illness or communication disorder; 4. People were complicated with gastrointestinal malignancy or gastrointestinal bleeding and so on; 5. People are participating in other clinical trials.
