18 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Residents aged 40 years or more, aged 18 years or more, who have received surgical training at Run Run Run Hospital; 2. 1 year <= working life <= 5 years; 3. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Surgeons who are usually busy at work and are not expected to have sufficient time to complete this study are not expected. 2. Vulnerable groups other than the researcher's subordinates and employees of the research unit, including mentally ill, cognitively impaired, critically ill, minors, pregnant women, etc.
