Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: RA group: 1. Diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis, including hip and knee joints; 2. Accepted total joint replacement (TJA) in the Department of Osteoarthritis of our hospital; 3. Hemodynamic stability during and after surgery. OA Group: 1.The diagnosis of osteoarthritis includes: osteoarthritis of the hip, congenital dysplasia of the hip (Crowe I-II type), necrosis of the femoral head, and osteoarthritis of the knee; 2. Accepted TJA in the Department of Osteoarthritis of our hospital; 3. Hemodynamic stability during and after surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous infection of the hip and knee joints; 2. Complication with severe anemia or abnormal coagulation; 3. Use anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs.
