65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 65 years or older; 2.Sign the informed consent; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status score I-?; 4.Have the ability of reading and listening comprehension to cooperate with neuropsychological test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of neurodegenerative diseases (such as Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease); 2. Patients who received a MMSE score of less than 23 before surgery; 3. Including patients after arterial, intracranial, and cardiac surgery; 4. Patients with mental illness; 5. Using antidepressants or sedatives in the past month; 6. Patients with drug or alcohol dependence.
