Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 50-80 years; 2. ASA level I and II; 3. Perform elective knee or hip replacement surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The score of the Simplified Mental State Scale (MMSE) is35; 7. Taking antidepressant drugs; 8. ASA>?.
