18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. the patient is between the ages of 18 and 65 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I to II and planning to undergo thyroidectomy; 3. the surgical procedure is a transcervical incision thyroidectomy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of neck surgery or endoscopic thyroidectomy through unilateral axillary approach; 2. ASA III to V; 3. difficult intubation; inability to cooperate; 4. history of analgesic administration within 4 weeks before surgery; 5.allergies to medications used in this study; 6. contraindications for SCPB for example infection near the puncture site, known coagulation disorders; 7.psychiatric or neurological conditions that were not appropriate for this study.
