Eligibility

Sex/Gender
Male
Age
60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. MORSE>24 points; 3. Be able to communicate correctly; 4. Mild cognitive impairment or pre asthenia; 5. Volunteer to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Long term bedridden patients; 2. NYHA cardiac function level D; 3. Patients in the acute phase of disease attack.
