Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The information is complete; 2. Aged over 14 years; 3. The operative period for fractures is less than 2 weeks after trauma; 4. Sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological fractures and receiving first surgical treatment in other hospitals; 2. Patients with lower limb fractures who have been diagnosed with infection at the fracture site before surgery.
