Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The amputated limbs waiting to be burned and destroyed were collected in the operating room of Nanjing First Hospital. All the limbs were amputated above the knee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Lower extremities were incomplete, tibial nerve injury, total peroneal nerve injury, medial sural skin nerve injury, and lateral sural skin nerve injury.
