65 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA Grade I-III; 2.Age: 65-80 years old; 3.BMI18~28; 4. Patients under general anesthesia who are scheduled to undergo tracheal intubation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency surgery; 2. Abnormal renal function (urea nitrogen >= 1.5 x ULN, blood creatinine greater than the upper limit of normal value); 3. Low blood volume, shock, or coma; 4. Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure>180mmHg, diastolic blood pressure>110mmHg), mental system disease, long-term history of psychotropic drugs, or coronary heart disease; 5. Cerebrovascular diseases; 6. Serious arrhythmia; 7. People with cognitive impairment; 8. Those who are allergic to or contraindicated to the components of the study drug; 9. Have a history of drug dependence; 10. Have used other sedative drugs in the past week; 11. I have participated in clinical trials of drugs as a subject in the past 3 months.
