Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the above diagnostic criteria for COVID-19; 2. The age is between 18-80 years old; 3. Selected patients have a stable condition and clear consciousness; 4. Volunteer to participate in this study and cooperate with evaluation and treatment; 5. Agree to avoid other exercise programs; 6. Education level at primary school or above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has psychological and mental illness or other serious underlying diseases, such as COPD, coronary heart disease, hypertension, etc; 2. Patients with severe bone and joint diseases that affect limb functional movement; 3. Cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate; 4.Participate in other forms of exercise during the trial intervention; 5.Illiteracy or severe visual, hearing, and speech impairments may affect the coordination of the trial.
