18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. The diagnosis is based on medical history, clinical symptoms and pulmonary function test, and meets the diagnostic criteria of the 2022 gold Global Initiative for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 3. Sign educated youth consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any other respiratory disease, including respiratory infection within the last 30 days; 2. Pleural disease or peritoneal diseases, such as pleurisy and pleural tumors; 3. Liver diseases, such as hepatitis, fatty liver, liver tumor, etc; 4. Brain diseases, such as stroke, brain tumor, etc; 5. Nerve or muscle diseases, such as diaphragmatic paralysis, diaphragmatic hernia, muscle weakness, etc; 6. Cachexia, such as cancer; 7. Implantable electronic devices in the body, such as cardiac pacemaker; 8. History of thoracic operation or abdominal surgery or other invasive operations in recent three months; 9. Body mass index (BMI) 35 kg / m2; 10. The patients has mental illness or is not suitable for study.
