Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Test group: 1) Comply with the above MSA Western medicine diagnostic criteria; 2) Between the ages of 30 and 80; 2. Control group: 1) No history of neurological and psychiatric disorders; 2) No major complaints such as memory impairment, cognitive decline, and emotional impairment; 3) MMSE total score >= 27 points, MoCA greater than or equal to 26 points, total score >= HAMA total score<7 points, HAMD total score<7 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neurological examination indicates the presence of brain atrophy or dementia caused by systemic diseases or other clear causes, such as severe depression, cerebrovascular disease, poisoning, and metabolic diseases; 2. Significant slowing of vertical rapid scanning or vertical supranuclear gaze paralysis; 3. Evidence of local cortical damage, such as aphasia, hemiplegia, parietal lobe dysfunction, etc; 4. Complicated with serious diseases (such as heart, lung, liver, kidney, endocrine, blood and other system diseases); 5. Have blood borne infectious diseases (such as hepatitis B, syphilis, AIDS, etc.); Patients with significant aphasia, severe dysarthria, and other diseases that affect clinical evaluation.
