Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-80 years; 2. The diagnosis of arteriovenous fistula stenosis is clear and there are indications for intervention; 3. Patients and their families can understand the key points of perioperative care, and are willing and able to complete post discharge care; 4. Previous chronic disease control: 1) Hypertension should be controlled below 160/90mmHg; 2) The patients with diabetes have no ketosis and acidosis; 3) Patients with coronary heart disease had no malignant arrhythmia within grade III of cardiac function; 4) No severe pulmonary insufficiency; 5) The home address is within 200 kilometers of the hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Clinically suspected central venous stenosis; 2. Severe liver disease or coagulation dysfunction; 3. Those who have active bleeding at other sites within the past 2 weeks; 4. Being mentally ill and unable to cooperate; 5. Refuse to sign the informed consent form.
