Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All transplant recipients were evaluated before surgery.HLA typing was based on the international standard of HLA six-antigen mismatch. PRA and preoperative lymphotoxicity tests were negative; 2.Volunteer and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. EBV/CMV current infection (virus DNA detection); 2. Positive anti HLA antibody; 3. Have a history of blood transfusion and pregnancy within 3 months before surgery; 4. Participate in other studies at the same time.
